Welcome to Constitution of India-SSC ("we", "our", or "the app"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information associated with your use of our mobile application. This Privacy Policy outlines our principles regarding data collection, usage, and security in compliance with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and global privacy regulations.

2. Information Collection and Use

Constitution of India-SSC is designed as an offline-first educational application.

• No Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or physical location.
• Device Permissions: The application does not request sensitive device permissions such as Camera, Microphone, Contacts, GPS Location, or External Storage.
• Local Storage: Your quiz scores, flashcard review progress, and 18-day study plan checkmarks are stored strictly locally on your device using on-device preferences (SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any external server.

3. Third-Party Services and Analytics

The application does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking networks, or commercial analytics trackers. Standard system logs may be handled by the Google Play Store solely for crash diagnostics and performance reports as governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our application is designed for students, exam aspirants, and general learners preparing for competitive examinations such as SSC CGL, CHSL, CPO, MTS, and UPSC. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Because all user progress (such as mock quiz scores and checklist statuses) resides exclusively in your device's local storage:

• You can clear all stored progress at any time by navigating to your device's Settings > Apps > Constitution of India-SSC > Storage > Clear Data.
• Uninstalling the application permanently removes all locally stored data.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app updates or legal requirements. Any modifications will be posted directly to this page with an updated effective date.
